Foundation for Applied Conservative Leadership

Purpose:
To recruit, train and network at the state level proven grass-roots organizational leaders and tested, high-level volunteers in mass-based, confrontational political, organizational and fundraising technology.

Program:
To use the contacts developed over more than two decades of grass-roots work by the principals -- Michael I. Rothfeld and a handful of long-term activists from the Right to Work, pro-life and gun rights movements -- on multiple issues and campaigns in virtually every state to select top operatives for intensive training at 2-3 day seminars at minimal cost to participants.

These participants will be networked into sharing organizational successes and failures to cross-pollinate.  In addition, trained recruits will be positioned for placement into important campaigns, companies and movements.

Seminars will not be open to the public nor press.  Attendance by invitation, and only after verification of ideological and personal integrity.

These seminars are modeled on the activist schools first developed by Mr. Rothfeld during the 1990s for Gun Owners of America and since conducted independently.

The Foundation for Applied Conservative Leadership intends to run a lean, low-overhead operation conducting about 10 schools a year throughout the country.  Cost of a school averages $10,000, though it varies by location and venue.  In order to attract the best attendees, no more than 15-20% of cost is to be recouped through fees.

The Foundation for Applied Conservative Leadership is incorporated in Virginia is located at 101 Washington Street, Falmouth, Virginia 22405.  FACL is recognized by the IRS as a 501c3 educational organization.  Corporate and personal contributions are tax-deductible.
